Privacy notice

Palette and Template Studio are browser-based planning tools built for stained glass artists. This notice explains what happens to the files and information you use with them.

In short: your project photos, pattern files, color selections, and project saves stay in your browser during the core planning workflows. The apps do not upload that project content to My Glass Cookbook or Delphi Glass. If you explicitly continue from Cart Review, only the reviewed Delphi product SKUs, quantities, and optional application source are submitted to Delphi.

Project files and browser saves

When you add a photo or pattern, the app processes it in your browser. Browser saves remain on that browser and device. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, changing devices, or removing the browser can remove those saves. Download a project or palette file when you need a durable backup or want to move work to another device.

Delphi catalog and shopping links

The apps include product information prepared from Delphi Glass catalog sources. Cart Review does not submit automatically. When you explicitly choose to continue, the browser sends the reviewed Delphi product SKUs, quantities, and optional application source directly to Delphi's cart handoff. It does not send your uploaded photos, pattern files, saved project, color samples, or project notes. You then leave this site, and Delphi's own privacy and website terms apply. Review your selections, sizes, quantities, prices, and availability on Delphi Glass before purchasing.

Basic technical information

The hosting service may process ordinary request information needed to deliver the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, and security logs. The public site uses Plausible Analytics to measure aggregate page views, referral sources, app openings, project starts, Cart Review openings, and attempts to continue to Delphi's cart. This analytics configuration does not send uploaded photos or artwork, filenames, templates, saved projects, palette contents, selected colors, product identifiers, cart contents, or order details. Plausible is configured without cookies. The apps also request typeface files from Google Fonts, which may receive ordinary request metadata such as IP address, browser information, and the referring page.

Support and feedback

If you email support, the information you include is delivered through your email provider and retained as needed to respond. Do not attach private project material unless you want it reviewed for support.
